One thing we often tell our clients is simple: the earlier you book, the better.

At Bash!, every cake is made from scratch, carefully planned down to the smallest detail, and we only take on a limited number of orders each day. That means our diary is not unlimited, and the most popular dates can fill up well in advance.

It is not unusual for clients to secure their date several months ahead, especially for summer events, when demand is naturally higher.

So… how far in advance should you book?

Birthdays and special occasions

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead. Weekends and festive periods can fill up quickly, so if your date matters, reserve it as soon as possible.

Larger celebrations and events

For christenings, parties and corporate events, booking 3–4 weeks in advance is the safest option, particularly for larger orders.

Weddings and summer events

The earlier, the better. Most bookings are made several months ahead, especially for dates between May and October.

Why do some dates fill up so quickly?

Our cakes are made entirely by hand, from planning and design through to preparation, assembly and finishing. Limiting the number of projects we accept allows us to give every client personal attention and every cake the time it deserves. That means:

There is no mass production
Every client receives personalised attention
And every cake is given the time it needs to be made to the highest standard

Booking early is not an exaggeration — it is peace of mind. Peace of mind that your date is available, that there is time to refine every detail and, above all, that the final result will do justice to the occasion.

What if I leave it until the last minute?

There may still be availability, but it is not something we can guarantee. And when there is, the options are usually more limited.

In short… if you have an important date in mind: 👉 book as early as possible.

Even if you do not yet have all the details decided, your date can be secured first, and everything else can be refined afterwards, at a more relaxed pace.
