Terms of Service

Catering & Events

These terms and conditions apply to all catering, event, and material supply services provided by Bash! Events & Cake Design.

1. Special Catering Conditions

Menus and Prices

  • The prices shown are valid for the selected menus and cannot be changed by the customer.

  • Any changes to the menu may result in a price adjustment.

  • Menus can be customized upon prior request, subject to feasibility and possible price adjustment.

  • Any dietary restrictions, intolerances, or preferences should be communicated at the time of booking.

Drinks

  • Menu with drinks: add a supplement of €5.50 per person.

  • Includes: water, juice, beer, white wine and red wine.

Travel

  • Travel expenses are not included in the menu price.

  • Travel cost: €0.90/km, including assembly and disassembly of equipment.

  • The price is calculated based on the total distance associated with the service and event logistics; additional travel may be required.

Materials and Equipment

  • Dishes, glasses, cutlery, tables and chairs may be available for rent, subject to prior request and availability.

2. General Conditions

Equipment Rental

  • All materials provided at the event are rented exclusively for the day of the event.

  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to the material during the event, and agrees to pay for and/or replace it.

Responsibility

  • Bash! Events & Cake Design handles the delivery, setup, and dismantling of the catering and/or contracted materials.

  • Bash! Events & Cake Design is not responsible for any damage caused at the event venue.

  • The client must ensure that the location is accessible, ready, and in good condition for the assembly, execution, and disassembly of the service.

Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance of the event date.

  • The event date and the submitted proposal are considered reserved and validated after payment of 50% of the total amount (deposit).

  • The remaining 50% must be paid up to 15 days before the event date.

  • Bash! Events & Cake Design reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payments are not made within the established deadlines.

Cancellations

  • The client may cancel the event at any time. Cancellation implies responsibility for the payment of any charges already incurred since the beginning of the booking.

  • For cancellations made 30 days or less before the event date, the security deposit will not be refunded.

Number of Guests

  • The final number of guests must be confirmed up to 10 days before the event date.

  • After this deadline, no reductions in the number of participants will be accepted.

  • It may be possible to increase the number of guests up to 3 days before the event, subject to availability and price adjustment.

Food and Leftovers

  • Leftovers belong to the customer. The customer must bring their own containers and is responsible for transporting and consuming them.

Food Safety

  • All food is prepared and transported in accordance with current hygiene standards.

  • After the service is delivered, the customer is responsible for keeping the food in good condition.

  • Bash! Events & Cake Design is not responsible for food that is improperly stored or consumed outside of the recommended time frame.

3. Final Provisions

Bash! Events & Cake Design reserves the right to update these terms and conditions whenever necessary, without prior notice. Careful reading is recommended before committing to any service.
